Paypal is still not my friend.
Hunh. I do not know.
I am hoping it is a Paypal issue and they wiil sort it out.
Finally! But I think it’s something with to do with PayPal – I had to go through my Paypal account and not straight through my plastic card. So much for keeping the money in PayPal separate!
