Food log 3/5

Well, yesterday was weird, but I don’t think I can count calories burned for “running around like a chicken with its head cut off.”

Coffee, 1/4c 2% milk, 1t sugar
Cheerios, 1/2 cup
tiny apples
Siggi’s Pinapple yogurt
three small cookies
Sammich – two 1-1/2″ slices of deli-platter sandwich from Ithaca Bakery
Gym, elliptical, rather intense
Peanut Soup – Ri made, and twas delish
Bread – Ri’s dad made, and twas likewise delish
1 rolo. Rollo?

        • oh, I’m definitely trying to eat a lot of veggies. But a) I didn’t plan that dinner, b) it was hella filling without a salad), c) it had a can of tomatoes and two onions in it.

          • Gotcha. (My vague memory of peanut soup is that it was heavy and starchy, but I’ve had it maybe twice and never made it.)

            • [I may be a little thin-skinned today, sorry] This one was not heavily starchy. And I do sort of allow myself a couple days of light-vegetables, esp. in a stressful week.
