Well, yesterday was weird, but I don’t think I can count calories burned for “running around like a chicken with its head cut off.”
Coffee, 1/4c 2% milk, 1t sugar
Cheerios, 1/2 cup
Siggi’s Pinapple yogurt
three small cookies
Sammich – two 1-1/2″ slices of deli-platter sandwich from Ithaca Bakery
Gym, elliptical, rather intense
Peanut Soup – Ri made, and twas delish
Bread – Ri’s dad made, and twas likewise delish
1 rolo. Rollo?
